Uttarakhand Sinchai Abhiyanta Association (USAA)
USAA is anassociation of Direct Entry Graduate Engineers working in the Irrigation Department, Uttarakhand. USAA represents around one hundred and fifty Graduate Engineers working in the Irrigation Department of the state. USAA started functioning from 2022 onwards and is recognized by the Government of Uttarakhand vide G.O No.E-23087 IRR I-ESTB/15/68/2022 Dehradun on September 27, 2022 having its headquarters at Central Store, Yamuna Colony, Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
