Dear Members,

USAA is a diverse association, brought together by the immense efforts of Direct Entry Engineers of Irrigation Department, Uttarakhand. The prime objective of USAA establishment is to work for the Rights and privileges of its Members and to provide aid and relief mechanisms in cases of Grievances.

In proceedings, we will push the boundaries of what is possible, which requires teamwork and dedication. A team provides abundant opportunities to learn, teach, mentor, and share top quality advice. I trust that working together and professionally engaging ourselves will be personally rewarding.
